## Luma Law

**Problem we are solving**

There is a huge lack of information on how legal processes work in order to effectively resolve one’s legal dispute, or enforce one’s rights either through formal or informal legal resolution.

 **Solution**

Affordable and accessible access to practical, relevant and user friendly legal information via our LUMA chatbot that lives on platforms such as facebook messenger. The chatbot provides simplified legal information disseminated via the LUMA chat platform in a Question and Answer format, together with access to affordable on-demand legal assistance.
