## BotsZA Projects (Pty) Ltd

Hazie is a platform that provides a seamless application process for first-time candidates applying for employment. It also enables companies to move from a manual candidate screening and sourcing process to an AI-enabled, HR software and Intelligent Business Solution. This solution saves critical time and resources for its clients.

 **Problem we are solving**

"Due to the high youth unemployment rate in 3rd world countries, talent acquisition teams experience a high volume of applications. This results in the use of expensive resources to screen candidates, which takes longer on average. Which results in inefficiencies within the organization and operating environment; and ultimately costly to businesses."

 **Solution**

"Enables HR teams to move from a manual applicants screening and sourcing process, to an intelligent solution which is AI enabled. Saves critical time and resources."
