We collect data from multiple sources, leveraging existing public and private databases as well as our own community from 90+ countries. Since 2013, Seedstars visited and assessed ecosystems and countries to collect relevant local data from various stakeholders across each ecosystem.

#### UNDERSTANDING

We evaluate each ecosystem on the key domains and sub-factors influencing Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development according to the Isenberg model. By measuring ecosystem performance in detail and comparing it to others, we are able to understand the pain points preventing high-growth companies from scaling.

#### STRATEGISE

By understanding the challenges yet to be solved in each ecosystem, we are able to design custom strategies for our clients who wish to create an impact. These strategies include insights on which initiatives to launch, over what period of time, and with which activities to include. By engaging the right stakeholders, progress is monitored to measure the success of each strategy, which creates learnings and iterations that continuously enhance programs and experiences.
