Es por ello que el Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, a través de su programa PILARES y con el apoyo de la Cooperación Alemana para el Desarrollo Sostenible ([GIZ](https://www.giz.de/en/worldwide/306.html)) en México, desarrollaron una iniciativa para capacitar a las personas que pertenecen a grupos sociales excluidos del mundo digital para que potencialicen sus habilidades digitales y mejorar el acceso a las tecnologías de la información. El programa tendrá una duración de cuatro meses, y será ejecutado por [Seedstars](https://www.seedstars.com/); con el apoyo de la plataforma de educación profesional en línea, [Platzi](http://www.platzi.com/). El programa ofrecerá ocho campamentos (Bootcamps) en programación y ocho talleres (workshops) en habilidades digitales. Además, ofrecerá una participación exclusiva en Work in Tech para conectar a los participantes con posibles empresas y oportunidades. " _En Seedstars, a través de los entrenamientos en programación y habilidades digitales, buscamos aportar al desarrollo de capacidades clave necesarias hoy para impulsar el crecimiento económico a través de la innovación, el emprendimiento y la continua digitalización en el mercado mexicano y a nivel regional_." Requisitos de aplicación: * Jóvenes entre 18-35 años preferentemente. * Mujeres de hasta 30 años de edad sin ingresos propios o trabajadoras del mercado informal. * Comunidades originarias, indígenas o migrantes. * Personas en desempleo por pandemia. Un total de 300 participantes serán formados con las habilidades necesarias para ser parte de una nueva generación digital, así como motivados a pensar en el emprendimiento como una potencial carrera a futuro.
