Patricia brings 15 years of experience in venture capital, private equity and management consulting. She has invested more than US$330 million across diverse sectors and geographies, including Indonesia, Thailand, India and the U.S., covering both early and growth stage transactions.

Prior to joining Seedstars, Patricia was a Venture Partner at AC Ventures, an early-stage VC in Indonesia, where she led portfolio management and value creation platform for the fund. Previously, Patricia was an Executive Director at Falcon House Partners, an Indonesian private equity fund, where she invested in growth stage companies in the consumer space, including F&B, retail and hospitality.

Patricia also has strong experience in impact investing with Grassroots Business Fund, one of the early pioneers established in 2008, which invested in high-impact businesses in Latin America, Africa and Asia. In addition to her investing experience, Patricia worked with leading management consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton and L.E.K. Consulting on M&A, strategic planning, market entry, and organizational improvements in Asia, Australia, and the U.S.

An advocate for greater diversity and inclusion, Patricia is active in the startup community and has been involved in initiatives supporting female founders, gender lens investing and impact investing.
