Partnerships Manager Africa

Bianca is an outdoor sports enthusiasm, solo traveler and Innovation believer. She is part of the Italian National Speed Ski Team, and vice world champion in the world in 2017, with a record speed of 167kph.

After graduating from university with a degree in Mathematics, she was Head of Innovation at BHeroes, the most important Italian Accelerator and Entrepreneurship TV show.

She joined Seedstars two years ago, producing the first documentary about Emerging Market Entrepreneurs. She has moved to Africa where she was helding Incubation programs with local governments. She is now Continuous Improvement Lead, always looking to improve processes and find better solutions, to better help the entrepreneurs in the network to grow and access fundings.
