We focus on utilizing control tower methodology and support companies in getting to their proven concept faster and with fewer losses.

Our hands-on experience building and investing in startups from emerging markets gives us our edge. The majority of the theory being taught has been tried in the field. Our regional/global vision and network adds an element most programs cannot offer.

Acceleration methodology

The acceleration program is structured around 1:1 mentoring aimed at tailored support, while formats include weekly workshops, bootcamps, KPI sessions, and social activities.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops given during bootcamps and on a weekly basis provide the knowledge base for the product market fit, customer acquisition & fundraising fundamentals.

1:1 MENTORING

Apart from 1:1 meetings with workshop mentors, companies have weekly KPI meeting with Entrepreneur in Residence, who coaches the venture throughout the program. EIR ensures program content adoption, supports with challenges, tracks progress.

TOOLS

Seedstars has developed a "Control Tower" to facilitate the tracking of ventures goals and progress, to be used as an internal workbook after graduation.

There are a lot of acceleration programs around, how are you different and how can you add value?

‎Our hands-on experience building and investing in startups from emerging markets gives us our edge. The majority of the theory being taught has been tried in the field. Our regional/global vision and network adds an element most programs cannot offer.

The Accelerator Program is designed for startups looking for product market fit, while we focus on utilizing control tower methodology and support companies in getting to their proven concept faster and with fewer losses.

Is it fair to take a program fee from the startups?

Yes, almost all programs do this as per the analysis here.

Can you really have results doing this virtually?

‎Yes, so far we have achieved excellent results as measured by NPS and follow on funding. In fact having the founders close to their team and their customers is beneficial at this stage of a startup.

Can we get the batch of startups in to our corporate headquarters?

‎Yes, this is an additional element we can customise for you. For example we could do the opening bootcamp or customised week in your HQ to facilitate the collaboration.

Are you able to source startups for my sector/region to attend a program?

‎Yes, our network covers all digital sectors in over 80 emerging market ecosystems and we’re confident we can source for all mandates.

Can you manage the setup of an investment vehicle, due diligence etc.?

‎We can do this at an extra cost. Due diligence for the first phase of investment is already covered by us. For follow-on investment management, we can structure specific deals.
