Regional Manager Africa

Claudia is the Regional Manager for Africa at Seedstars. Her activities with the company bring her to over 25+ Sub Saharan African countries every year, where she works with some of the biggest corporates and public partners to invest in and support entrepreneurs locally and across the world through a variety of competition, acceleration, incubation, education and investment initiatives.

Claudia has analysed over 2000+ digital entrepreneurs across the continent and mentored over 300+ tech founders. In addition, Claudia is an active board member of the Seedspaces in Africa (Tanzania, South Africa, Nigeria, and Côte d'Ivoire) and is part of the diversity and inclusion committee, where she mostly focuses on designing inclusive entrepreneurship training programs and gender-lens investment insights and activities for the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem of Africa.

Claudia holds a degree in International Business (BBA) and her thesis on transforming the city of Lisbon after the 2008 financial crisis into a tech hub received the highest praise.
