The Government of Mexico City through the Points of Innovation, Freedom, Art, Education, and Knowledge (PILARES), the German Cooperation for Sustainable Development (GIZ) Mexico and Seedstars; with the support of the online professional education platform Platzi are glad to invite you to participate in the Coding Academy and Digital Skills.
This is an intensive online technical training program with a face-to-face option (on specific venues), which will give you the tools to learn how to code from scratch and become professional in this area.
16 hours per week for 4 months (256 hours in total).

The Points of Innovation, Freedom, Art, Education and Knowledge (PILARES) are a comprehensive and inter-institutional community education strategy whose purpose is to help guarantee the exercise of the right to education, culture, sports and employment for the inhabitants of neighborhoods, barrios and towns with lower social development indexes in Mexico City through the installation and implementation of 300 community centers in order to empower people to participate in building better living conditions.
The German Sustainable Development Cooperation in Mexico (GIZ Mexico) has been advising the Mexican government since 1997, on behalf of the German government, in the implementation of various activities throughout the country together with partner organizations and the government in sustainable energy projects, urban and industrial environmental protection, biodiversity conservation, climate change and governance. Through our work we want to contribute to the strengthening of good governance in the country, supporting the fulfillment of global commitments that are fundamental to promote development, prosperity and social inclusion, such as the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Platzi is the largest effective online education platform for technology professionals in Latin America. More than 2 million students learn on Platzi in areas such as design, digital marketing, blockchain, soft skills, English and programming languages for web and mobile. Platzi works with various governments, development banks and companies to close the talent gap in Latin America and transform the region's economy.
